Forum: etree Subject: question about re-deriving

I need to correct an error I made with a recording I posted recently. (db2007-08-18.ka200-rm.flac16) I had to go back and change the CREATOR field for all my files, I saved it when I was done. I clicked the derive button so these changes would show up on all the files, but it still shows JHurlburt instead of The Disco Biscuits. Do I need to check it out, delete all the files except for the flacs and then re-derive? Any help would be appreciated.

The "derive" button only creates derivatives if they're not there. So yes, you'd need to delete the m3u/mp3/ogg/zip files, THEN hit "derive".

Perfect. As always, thank you.
